I'm Danny Mckinney
After graduating with Juris Doctorate in Law. I decided my passion was in real estate and real estate investing. In 1996 I opened my Real Estate Brokerage Mckinney Real Estate Inc and My Mortgage company, Diversified Home Mortgage, Inc. And I have been helping people and myself build wealth ever since.
I later went on to add Momentum Home Builders where I designed, built and developed residential home until 2008. Later Founded DMAC Capital Funding, LLC and became Fund Manager of my own real estate investment management company. Where we invest, develop and finance real estate projects. I have now created training courses and membership communities to share my knowledge so you too can build wealth through real estate.
My Story
After receiving my undergraduate degree in Business Admin with a concentration in Finance. I wanted to learn wealth creation. I am a Father, Husband and person determined to help and do extra ordinary projects. My focus has always been real estate investing which was introduced to me by my uncle at a young age.
Over the last 30 years, My team and I have sold over $350 million dollars in volume as a Real Estate Broker and Closed and funded over $370 million dollars in Mortgage loans. I have bought over 300 apartment units. Own over 10 million in real estate. I look forward to helping you with your next project whether its buying or selling, financing, investing and/or development. I am here to help and with my training and coaching programs you will learn to build wealth too.
